Role Overview

Primary Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer queries via phone and chat.
  • Provide training and support for ClearCaptions features and services.
  • Meet performance metrics related to service level and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer information in Salesforce CRM.
  • Complete general account maintenance, including record updates and usage-related questions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in explaining complex information clearly.
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years in customer service.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and address customer needs over the phone.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Logical thinker able to follow standard procedures.
  • Problem-solving abilities with limited information.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized, self-directed, and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative and results-driven team player.

  • Proficient in MS Office and virtual communication tools.

Work Environment

Work from Home: This role is 100% remote.

Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00/hr depending on experience and location.
